Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods (launches, sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Please note: SolTide is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping
International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. SolTide is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping:
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages
SolTide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
